Good price! Not for me but have some heat anyway for the price.

Cold from me, £1 available only for the very late journeys...during the day, it's normal price.

Your online right?, hook up the e-ticket's (e-saver e-ticket's, etc) for during the day instead then?, which still works out cheaper than the non e-ticket daytime tickets? (so potentially a win-win still?), lol. :-)

You can't vote cold just cos you don't like the times, only vote cold if you can find it cheaper. The times may be perfect for some. I live in Cumbria and it's completely missed out the entire County! Even though that makes it unsuitable for me I still voted hot as there are no cheaper ways to travel!

Have some heat. Some Cardiff>London trips there from £1 in September - if I had the time off work and the money for a night over, I would have taken advantage of the cheap trip. Bound to suit someone.

Thank you! I got a late afternoon between London and Sunderland (nearest to Newcastle, not sure why that wasn't an option) for the £1.
Oh yeas I can. If there is only one £1 price available at 23.45h and for the rest of the day prices goes around £15, and yet, it's been advertised as £1 on their website, for me this is very misleading.

How is it misleading?
They say they have £1 fares available, they do have £1 fares available.
Just because they don't suit you personally isn't justifiable reason to vote cold.

Says £1 available but when I select a day cheapest is £3 and return starts at £8, thats a con.

I'd suggest you buy 2 £3. tickets then (if available) instead of a return - still a savings

So if Tesco was selling, I don't know, say a 65" 4K TV for £699 but they didn't have it in stock at your local store, that's a con too?

Get one before they're gone ...
To celebrate the end of a great summer, we've added over 12,000 £1 seats to 100's of amazing locations across the UK to our system! But you'll need to be quick - once they're gone, they're gone...
what I found was they're cheap mon-thurs weekend is £10 that was this month Sunderland to Manchester
many years ago I went from Sunderland to London and back for £10 now that was a great deal but wow this even better if the correct days selected.

Is it possible to buy more than one ticket (that is not a return) in one transaction i.e. does the website allow you to drop tickets into a basket and then make one payment for all? Otherwise, I think I'll be forced to pay multiple £1 booking fee for each ticket. Thanks.

Merely a suggestion from reading thread. Sorry, cannot comment as to what the site allows in basket/per transaction. No intention of being an irritant or cause upset to you.

No problem. Appreciate the polite response and no offence taken nor inferred. Subsequently located earlier thread where poster also noted that there was no option to add multiple tickets to basket, so evidently NatEx enforce £1 booking fee per ticket.

Have a good day & best of luck with your search for convenient economical travel. I understand the frustration too as we're on this site to find ways to save.

If you pick a ticket then go back it often changes the price. Start a fresh each time with the original link.

when I proceeded to the checkout the total comes between £15-20 etc when it should be £3 for a return including booking fee.
Opening post
The main period of these cheap promotional fares are in September.
I noticed a sale was on here recently but was £3, now its only £1 each way!
Thanks to holiday pirates for the heads up
