I got fairly shirty treatment from the dolly on the till, it was like: oh, did you clear the shelf then? (glum and frosty glare at me)

me: yep! none left! I got the lot [baby]! yay! but there are probably loads left in the back

me: because the shelf was fully stocked, I took 12 but there will be another 100 out back

her: really? what makes you so sure? (you greedy bar steward)

me: actually there were 2 other flavours at 25p and there are still about 40 of those left

her: perks up a bit, 'OK, I'll have a look for myself then'

seriously! all very well leaving one for the next guy but these are 25p pasta sauces. Not as if I'm going to sell them on Ebay lol :smiley:

Am thinking they'll all have gone by the time I can get there today, wish I'd seen this post sooner. God knows how I can miss things on Hukd, I'm never off here, ha

Some left at Atlas Mills branch, Bolton. Originally £2.00 reduced to 50p, but 25p as a discontinued line. About a dozen left-on the shelf, 3 different flavours. :stuck_out_tongue: xxx

Thanks...just popped to my local store in Sheldon, got last 12 jars of the arriabbata ....scanned 25p each, expire end of 2018, other flavours had reduced ticket on shelf but all gone! At 25p a go, cheap meals for my family!

Thanks OP marked at 50p in my local (Harrow) but scanned at 25p. Got a few Arrabiata jars but plenty left on shelf earlier this afternoon

Bought some of the tomato and basil a couple of days ago via the website but the arrabiata was already out of stock by then. Now the tomato and basil is also showing as out of stock online. Quite small jars but 2018 expiry date. Thanks for the tip OP
