heat added, but like most of these limited edition ps4 they could of done better, to be honest it looks pretty dire and you will find skins that look at lot better than this

Is that the moon on the front? why didn't they do some traditional final fantasy box art with raised print or something.

Looks quite good, wish they did a PS4 Pro version as well.

Agreed, I'd certainly be tempted to upgrade if it was available in Pro, heated though if i didn't already have one I'd certainly get this.

Considering you get the £40 game AND a 1tb hard drive, the price is great.
Already preordered a PS4 Pro. I'd get this if they did a PS4 Pro option though!

RRP doesn't mean it isn't a deal. Granted if it didn't include the £69.99 game I wouldn't have posted it but it drops the price of the limited edition console to £260.
Interested to know what your username was before though

yes but that doesn't game with deluxe edition game and blu ray movie does it?
i really think they should of done a pro version of this

not any good if they want a ps4 to play its exclusives, dont get me wrong i have an S but i dont know why a 4k player seems to be the big selling point as its strange before it came out a lot of peopel who praise the S are the same lot who said blu ray is a dead format you have to love the double standards of gamers, (not aimed at you turkey). but do think the pro should of had the option for a 4k blu ray model or even better just made it a bit more powerful

It's not the £40 edition of the game, it's the deluxe edition which is either £60 or £70 I believe. Very tempted as I cancelled my PAK figures of FFXV so might get this in their place.

Really strange choice to use the slim as the base when the Pro mode for FFXV is one of the standout improvements that's been shown so far. If you absolutely must have a FFXV PS4, it's a deal but there's plenty of alternatives for a normal PS4 & FFXV, maybe not the D chassis but that's missing a feature or two anyway.

For someone actually looking for a PS4 FFXV bundle i don't really see this as a deal. It's the full price of a PS4 Slim and the XV collectors edition. You can get them both cheaper separately (like the Very PS4 Slim deal). All you're getting for paying rrp is the fancy console design.

PS4 slim 1tb is listed at £299 on Amazon. Add the £69.99 for the deluxe game and you have £368.99
Your maths seem off?

I mean you could. But then you don't get an incredibly more powerful console (the Pro) or even one slightly more powerful (the standard PS4).
And yes, the S has a 4K disc drive but the Pro still plays 4K content via streaming, which is how most people consume movies these days. 4K discs are what, £25 each?
So for the cost of less than a 4K disc, you can have what's easily the most powerful console on the market for at least a year.

I got the xbox one S, I have watched the revenant on a UHD disk. Whilst it is a good quality picture I don't think I would go out of my way to buy any more physical media (at £20 a pop anyway). Netflix HDR streaming seems perfectly reasonable quality. If you intend to spend a small fortune on UHD disks then clearly a one s is the cheapest way to get there. As dor this deal - you may as well wait it out a little more and get the pro at this price point.

4K is way too early ill wait around 2020 when it becomes fully standard and not some new premium overpriced TV's. Surely by then the PS5 will be out including 4k video player and stuff

Thinking of buying this, sell the deluxe edition and buy the standard edition of FFXV, don't think i can sell that 1TB hard drive i already have a PS4 2TB hard drive i can put in it hmm

I've a 2TB HD in mine too so I preordered in store. A friend works there so I'm hoping he'd be alright with me trading my current PS4 and then switching the HDD.

Nah, his maths seems okay. Your reading comprehension is off though. He mentioned Very, not Amazon. He's referring to this deal in particular:
I don't think you can really compare it. This is really for the hardcore fan that wants the branded console.

is this better than xbox one s which has 4k hdr?
eloo to iz123456789

Depends what's for you which games you prefer, Xbox One S is still weaker than PS4 so more multiplatform games will be running in less pixels and frames on Xbox One and also has a much smaller game library as devs this gen mostly been developing for both PS4 and PC, Xbox One S has the 4k bluray player if you have a 4k TV and 4k bluray movies then maybe you'd want that and again what exclusives you want to play is up to you but if you have a PC nearly all Xbox one exclusives are on PC onwards. Also all ps4 models are HDR compatible through latest update with PS4 Slim having HDMI 2.0 for full HDR

Three weeks later? Really? Did you print it off and send it to a learned doctor to check it over for you?
Not to mention the multitude of far better deals on PS4s we've had in the last three weeks. Send the links to Carol Vorderman, see if she can work out the difference in price for you
