It's okay if you have about half ice (or frozen fruit) and the rest water or juice. I don't think it would cope with 100% frozen fruit or ice. I already have one and use it for smoothies, using the half ice, half liquid ratio. It's only 300W so not as powerful as a Fruit Ninja or NutriBullet.

I've had mine for a few years. I never use ice so can't comment on that but blends frozen fruit perfectly fine when for me.

Well I don't get it at all, the likes of Toolstation deliver for free on a minimum £10 spend! Charging customers to collect from stores is a surefire way to alienate people.

I have this blender, bought because Kenwood makes very good kitchen items and Which often had them as a top brand. It's a great item and this is a bargain price, I use mine everyday just now and it's been going strong for a few years.

Nope, no call required. Really easy all online.. I took it to get a chair last month and cancelled it after had confirmation email ...still had the month to use it too much like cancelling nowtv etc
