Found these in my local Sainsbury's store (South Harrow). Could be National as Sainsbury's have been clearing home office items in a few stores recently. Worth having a look in your local store.
Still online at £4.00!

Why do I need to check other stores? I reported what I found in my local store and thought I'd share. If you don't believe me then just ignore this deal and move on! No need to insinuate anything else without knowing anything about me.
Need proof?

Another local deal in one shop of many, far too hot for a one shop deal.

Thanks OP, Voted HOT, HOT, HOT!
Excellent value for anyone that lives near the South Harrow Store (assuming they ahve any left)
Unfortunately, this item was still priced at £4.00 per pack in the Cheltenham store.
I asked the manager and was informed this was the correct price. But I took the advice as is often given here on HUKD, and ignored what I was told, and took a pack to the self scan
Guess what price it was?
... yep, £4.00

I can't imagine many people misbelieve you. Why should they?
It is of course an excellent deal, but usually such a deal is only available in the one supermarket, however many members still feel obliged to mark in hot[/quote].
Not really required

I am a little perplexed as to why some people don't believe me. Let me just 'nip this in the bud' and clarify a few things:
1. I clearly stated in my Deal header text that it "Could" be a National deal NOT that it is.
2. When I placed the deal, I selected that it was a 'local' deal and noted the postcode of the store - HA2 8EQ.
3. Sainsburys are having a sale on home office stuff which were part of there "Back to School" promotion and which they are clearing now because guess what, the kids are back at school! I think I made the mistake of giving out too much information for it to be misunderstood.
You know, I very rarely put up deal posts as I don't get to see many in my area nor do I get much opportunity to do on line shopping. When I do, it seems that there are a few individuals that want to shoot deal posters down as if they had made a huge mistake of disturbing their comfortable lives. No doubt there are a few unscrupulous deal posters who would do that but why the animosity? If you don't like or believe the deal just move on and let other members decide for themselves if it is a good, honest, genuine deal for them. Clearly the majority of HUKD members consider this to be a good deal and hence the heat.
Finally, just for the doubters here is my proof of my genuine deal - the shelf label.

What did you find in your local store in South Harrow that indicated it might be a national deal? It isn't. It's a store specific offer.
But thanks for posting - as I said it's great value for anyone clsoe to the South Harrow store (assuming they have any left).

cheap price. but it is 75gsm which may struggle in some printers

75gsm should be fine, but a chance some of this got damp in the storage, hence cheap, so won't feed well.
Waiting for the obligatory picture of 6 reams sitting next to someone's loo.

Its a great price and if there were some near me I would get some from the kids for drawing on etc.
Tried it in my laser printer and it curled up a bit, ironically that was an HP, not sure what its like in inkjets however.

If it is the HP 100gsm, I would be all over this.
I found HP 100gsm paper is a lot better than other 100gsm paper.
I used to get it from amazon £2.5 for 250 sheets, but amazon run out for quite some time and 3rd party sell at ridiculous price. (just checked, amazon start selling again at £3.7)
The HP 80gsm paper is not so good. I can only expect the 75gsm to be even worse.

I don't doubt _you_ got it in that _one_ store for that price, but it's usually the way these supermarkets fish for customers.
And, how do you know 'Sainsbury's have been clearing home office items in a few stores recently' without visiting other stores?
And, so far no-one has found the deal anywhere else
