Anything hollister is a license to troll.. Good deal, their retail prices are insane but the sale prices are good value.

Have taken a look through the sale items. No wonder they are trying to offload them. Taste may be an individual thing but there is some absolute rubbish on there.

Honestly, Hollister is a troll in itself. Within the past 2 or so months, I've placed 5 or 6 seperate orders and ALL of them were cancelled!
What's worse is the 'authorisation' they put in place via PayPal. I usually have a leftover PayPal Balance but this authorisation holds it until Hollister/A&F release it. The problem is, is that they take forever to do it; I placed on order in mid-July and didn't have my funds released until the 2nd of this month.
Honestly, if you don't mind the stress, then go ahead and order. But for me, I'll just stick to their retail stores, even if it is a tad more expensive.

Not working on full price items for me. They are not items that should be excluded according to the ts&cs. Spent half an hour on the phone to them and they couldn't fix it.

Wait and see if you get your orders, they cancelled my last orders, due to some error on their part. I still ordered again though.

Are you sure it's free returns? The T&C's seems to indicate it's £9 to return or use your own courier, only free to return to store.

Added 3 items and code, but two items in basket had run out of stock yet the 20% remained. Result...!

Also might be worth noting I spotted this when looking at the returns :
"Use the return label included in your package; 9.00 GBP will be charged to the account used to place the order, OR use your own carrier and pay the fees separately."
Looks like it may be free if you're able to return to a store...

I'm surprised there's anyone who buys Hollister and uses HUKD.....those two characteristics seem mutually exclusive

Agree, still got mine from a previous HUKD post when they cost something silly like £2 a pair. Comfy as hell and they laugh in the face of washing machine cycles gradually destroying the fabric.

I should have listened to the earlier comment about them cancelling orders, 2hours spent choosing £150 worth of clothes, the next day I get a cancellation due to violating t&cs? I replied to the email and asked why my order was cancelled and they just said for violating t&cs again! I asked a second time, a 3rd email said because they could not use my information? I wouldn't waste your time with these jokers.

I was going by their own website status bar which said it was the 'final day', but that makes sense, thanks.

My items arrived, but one of the shirts has frayed stitching on the front. Will it be possible for me to get a replacement without paying £9? I don't have a local store and it's a bit much if I have to pay for their mistake :disappointed:

I'd suggest emailing them, companies will often provide a free shipping label for occurrences like this.

I returned four items using one postage label, but because it was two separate orders they tried to charge me £18 to return them. I have complained a hopefully I will get £9 refunded... It's a very expensive way of trying clothes on!!!
