These make excellent chilli vodka!
(Just add a dozen or so chillies to a bottle of standard vodka and replace the cap, and wait six months, shaking the bottle gently every few weeks or so. Most effective. Use a similar method and add a dozen to a bottle of olive oil - makes a great addition to pizza and pasta dishes)
