Suitable for freezing must surely mean that it's fresh as they never advise refreezing. Brilliant deal, got some last week and have more on order for this week to go in freezer.

Actually its not fresh. the freshes fish you can get in the supermarket is the one that is in the frozen isle.
It takes time to segregate fish, allocate to different supermarkets etc and display at the counter... thats roughly 3-7 days. frozen ones usually comes straight off the boat and within less than 24hrs is processed packed and quick frozen.
