Pointless fullstop I think. Bought a cider where Waitrose was the only one not listed (but was mentioned as being cheapest there in people's posts), they didn't honour it as their client wasn't interested in the buying habits of Waitrose customers.

JWN, take it back to CS with your receipt, say you got wrong item in error. I've done that quite a few times- always got sorted :smiley: if they do ask ( rarely) I say someone else asked me to pick it up for them.
