I bought the app and sadly had to get a refund. You had to buy a plan for more money.
didnt see any HD videos. All exercises available was simple animation. Im sure its worth
the 10p but just wasn't right for me.

I've had this on my iPhone for a good few years but downloaded it for free :S did they start charging or is there a better version?
Lost 1 stone in 3 weeks using MYFITNESSPAL which was free but for 10p this is worth a punt!!! Thanks OP

wow... that is quite an achievement. i use myfitnesspal and lost 0.31 stones in 10 weeks. it is calorie tracker and helps to decide on how much you need to eat to loose weight. this app is for work out.. I think.. going to try this also along with myfitnesspal

Well, if you have so much spare time as to download and install 100 apps and the fact that getting a refund is just as easy as all you need to do is uninstall it within a certain time frame and the fact you have time to write a reply on here then yes.
