The pre-order bonuses are poor compared to previous years for the standard editions. 20 gold packs is worth a cheap pre-order. These perks aren't. £31 from flubit is a decent biting price though.

Ordered this. Had to cancel my SimplyGames order. I actually felt bad. Been using them for FIFA pre orders for a few years - it was like a "tradition" lol. But they messed up on their deliveries last year (arrived a day after release)

I couldn't risk that again, especially when it's almost £3 cheaper with a reputed company such as Amazon.

I sent them an email last night regarding their method and this is what they got back to me saying:

"All pre-orders are shipped one day before release via Royal Mail 24 so they arrive the day of release, if you have any further questions please feel free to ask."

So does look like the WILL arrive on release day from Hitari.
Used them for probably 50 orders, some merchants can be a bit slow (Gameseek I'm looking at you), but generally very good. Never not received what I've ordered anyway if that helps.

I'm asking because nearly everything I order from amazon usually turns up on or before the delivery date but usually well into the pm, sometimes as late as 8pm'ish.

I most definitely don't like the idea of sitting all day for the game to arrive while others are enjoying theirs, especially as I could go to a 12 o'clock launch and buy it or order elsewhere.

Yeah, i know exactly what you mean. Ive ordered items which sometimes arrive in the AM and others that arrives late in the PM, up until 10pm sometimes. Unfortunately that isn't something you can control and will just have to deal with, i personally get games by 3 PM as i live close to the delivery facility. I don't get why people don't just download the game onto your PS4. Its 50 or 60 quid but you get to share it and play it at the same time on different consoles ie you both have the game. Yes, its like having 2 copies of the game, you can each do what you want. All my games are half price like this by sharing with my brother. And its a completely legal and supported feature.

​Personally I prefer a physical copy that I can trade in and get some money back in the future but for some things that is a great idea. I've done it plenty of times without a problem :smiley:

I also much prefer having a physical copy, can usually sell it for around £15 end of August so you get some money back. I received an email from flubit and when I checked flubit it had "item dispatched"

We don't know what Flubit tells customers. Your order will be shipped via 1st class.

we ship all preorders a day before release date so should hopefully receive it on the release date

We normally send standard 2nd if no upgraded option selected by customer. However, for FIFA it's an exception, they'll be upgraded for free to first class

It wasnt luck, took me a couple of days with Elite just demanding over and over again, until the game collection came up as The game collection. So worth it tho.

From my experience with 365games, they have always used 1st class delivery. According to their Twitter, this is still the case.

I believe that their standard delivery on normal orders is 2nd class which is possibly why Flubit have the late delivery dates. I think however that all their pre orders have a standard delivery of 1st class.
