very good car seat. we got the same one from toysRus. It is well built and has good padding too clmpared to some of the bigger brands. Even better if you can get for this price.

Good price but no harness so only suitable for ages 4 upwards. Not suitable for infants as stated in the description

That's why I clarified it shouldn't state suitable for infants in the description as most people associate the term "infants" with 0-2 yr olds whereas not everyone may be aware of what the age ranges of the car seat groups are.
BTW there are many group 2/3 car seats available with a harness

there are actually very few car seats that still harness in group 2 (and none in group 3) mode, especially forward facing as this car seat is.
