I know it's not "new" but it's an open box return, ex-display or alike. The Wuaki deals have creeped up in price so personally I think that this is the best choice if you want a new(ish) Chromecast 2.

When the seal is broken it slightly damages the box. You can't really sell it as New/Unopened after that

Well if you can afford to spend that then why not just but a new full hd tv and put it closer to your router. Then great picture, a chromecast and a TV. Seriously? If you have poor picture on this (guess you mean full hd is not good enough or your Wifi is bad) maybe you want 4k? Get a wifi repeater or something. It's a good product. But let's be fair at £20 it's not going to be quite as good as a shield. :wink:

Now tv box is better at itv player though.
Unfortunately you have to plump for a roku (Un crippled now tb box) to have access to most things on one device.

Anyone know if the tab casting is better on the 2? It's really choppy on the chromecast 1 when casting video through browser tab, but would upgrade if it's better on the 2.

Better quality wi fi connection I think. I've found it better than the original. Magnetic aswell this time so good for sticking to the back off the TV to hide away.

Hopefully come Black Friday longggggg Weekend time the new/fresh fully Boxed Chromecast 2's will HOPEFULLY reflect more of this £20 price mark?.
I have a few of these already, but wouldn't mind a few more if it end's up being sold at next to nowt too. :-)

Yea I have it stuck to the TV when not in use. It's on the actual hdmi head thing. Your meant to fold it over when not in use and its strong enough to stick itself and the chomecast body to the back of your TV
