Popped in Heron for a look around today and across Cathedral City mature and extra mature cheese. £1.89 for a 350g pack. Cheapest price elsewhere for this is £2 at Morrisons.
For those who prefer Wykes Farm cheese they also had the same size pack of this for £2.
Most Heron deals seem to be national so I assume this is as well.

I bought one today and when I got home I saw it was out of date ! So I have put it in the bin ! So I went to asda store and got 2 packs of asda own brand cheese for £3.00 so that is a good deal !I will not be shopping at heron foods again.

Even if it was mouldy you can just cut it off. The mature cheese is over 12 months old anyway, and Cathedral City sell older cheeses up to 2 years old.

True but we all make mistakes! People always takes the latest date from the selves so you'll know from time to time an odd one slips through the net!
