Completely agree on the Inbetweeners front, I am the same with people who've flocked to the GoT audience, I read the books initially and I really don't like what they've done with the TV series. Breaking bad was one I waited a long time to see, mainly because I wasn't too interested, it wasn't a bad show, it wasn't the (overhyped) marvel everyone purported it to be, I enjoyed it none the less it was good.

I love paying £7 for a box that reminds me of a character from a TV programme I used to watch, BUT....... Who does Dan Walker think he is?

Sometimes I feel like pretty much the only person within the UK under the age of about 50 who has yet to see anything of this show! My friends who do watch it make it seem like I should be sodomized for not giving it a go.

I think with so much hype it's going to be hard to watch now. As I remember it took me two attempts (with months between) to make it through the first season as it starts slowly. It gets really good though.

It's good, but don't let the hype build your expectations too high. Season 1 is more of a black comedy, and it gets more serious and concrete as it goes along. Highlight for me was the seasons where Gus was relevant (Los Pollos Hermanos owner, hence the boxes) and after that was ehh, okay.

It was pretty good, but not as good as many made out, it was damn slow in places. Personally I think The Sopranos and House of Cards are both significantly superior TV, many will disagree...

The same goes for Game of Thrones, I've not seen a single episode and people say wtf why not it's amazing, makes me want to see it even less then. I did watch the first episode of Breaking Bad though a couple of years ago, so if they ask have you seen Breaking Bad I won't be lying, but then they'll do the whole oh wasn't that bit great in season 4, and then I'll have to go through the I've only see the 1st episode. "What and you didn't watch anymore of it? Why?" I've had this with Inbetweeners, that show is absolute crap and it's loved by millions..of people who got Jive Bunny to number 1 no doubt.

I love Breaking Bad, am massive fan, but £7 for a cardboard box or £10 for 2 cardboard boxes does not sound like a fantastic deal to me.

Haha! She is damn annoying at times but that's got to be the sign of a good actor when you actively hate her!

Never seen any of those either haha. My girlfriemd is a big fan of House of Cards though, and as a big fan of Kevin Spacey it's perhaps something I should find the time to watch.

Season 2 was the worst because Skylar actually made the programme unbearable to watch, she is the only reason I had to take breaks between episodes.

Agree. Love Jericho. Wish it would be revived by Amazon or Netflix.

I did end up watching the 1st episode in bed last night! It didn't blow me away at all, but then again neither did Game of Thrones's first episode, and it was only the last scene with Bran that made me continue watching it. Now I'm a nerd who spends a silly amount of money buying all sorts of GoT merchandise!
It is always nice to stumble on something that hasn't been hyped so much though. I'll use Jericho (the one that was made around 10 years ago) as an example, as I'd never even heard if it before deciding to give it a go one evening and in the end me and my girlfriend watched both seasons in the space of around a week! It's a bit like The Walking Dead minus the zombies but with better rounded characters, and would recommend it to anyone .

Anyone see these up close? I assume they are just cardboard right? I'm quite tempted either way as long as they aren't gonna fall apart after 5 minutes!

They are mainly cardboard but with metal edging and handles, really sturdy- I was surprised myself. I have the Batman and Breaking Bad ones
