am sure someone ages ago mentioned that there is no off button on the Wagner's.. its a few years ago but you could always tell when that Craig Phillips bloke was on IdealWorld, there was someone switching it off from the wall socket. Also with reviews stating the same thing. Like I said, its a few years since so not sure if they have redesigned them lol

has anyone actually ever successfully used one of these thing without either making a right mess or it taking longer to cover up before hand than it would take to paint normally......

I have one and it saved me a lot of time on my garden fences. I wouldn't use it in doors though. Far too messy really.

Have to give an update to say I'm very impressed with this painter. It might be a little heavy for some folks but it certainly blasts the paint on very quickly. Must have taken me all of 10 minutes to paint a 6' x 8' shed!
Just make sure the paint is thin enough to be sprayed, otherwise it will take you a day to paint the same shed! :smiley:
