Email from Premier Inn, stated many rooms £35 and under. Well I had a quick check for Sunday 20 November (Sundays are usually cheapest in any hotel, anywhere), and the St. James Park Westminster hub (new generation) hotel is £37. Same night London Kingston, Kew Bridge, Harrow, Brentford, Uxbridge, Twickenham etc etc are all £29.50. All easy accessible and served by frequent tubes/trains taking under half an hour in many cases from central London.

Do Premier Inn's allow 3 adults to sleep in 1 room? If you add 2 adults and children it gives you a family room but there is no option for 3 adults. Our son is 16 but has severe learning difficulties so can't have his own room. I know you can do this with Travelodge rooms and they have pull-out beds.

yes, just book a family room. to be honest, when you book a "twin" room with Premier inn you tend to get a family room too.

My favourite outer London one is Croydon Central. It's right next to the station, so you're at Victoria in 15 mins. I'd tried most of the others (Kew, Hammersmith, Kenton, Watford, Docklands etc) but this is by far the best I've found and it's usually sub £40 when I book.
Just booked 2 nights there again for £62 in late November.

many people will buy a travelcard or use oyster and reach cap anyway while in london so this will make little or no difference to that. railcards (except two together) give 1/3 off off peak fares + two together holders can buy all day off peak zone 1-6 travelcard at 1/3 off

I was looking at similar and found Travelodge Uxbridge much cheaper. Around £66 for 2 nights and regular promotions to bring the price down.

For anyone considering Uxbridge, you may want to factor in these fares, based on a single journey to Piccadilly Circus: Oyster

Thank you, booked airport hotel room, we've found that Premier Inn is one of the few hotels who can accomodate 2 adults, 3 children in 1 room

I will second that. Travelodge marginally better than a cardboard box. Ibis slightly higher up the food chain.
Premier Inn a class above for both rooms and staff.

Fair enough. Not stayed in a premier inn but have stayed at that travelodge earlier in the year.

I'd much rather pay £79 for premier inn than £66 for travelodge. You can't really compare them, they are different products.

Looking for one in the Wirral area but can't find any around this price. Anyone know if the deal is London only?
