Batman arkham knight premium edition includes the main game + season pass and all the issues seem to be fixed on PC.

Based on a quick browse of recent Steam reviews, it's still luck of the draw whether you're system will run it. May be down to 12GB RAM recommendation on w10.

A lot of game for the money. I'm 86% through the game and have not encountered any issues, apart from one time when the batmobile turned invisible for a bit....which was more amusing than it was frustrating. Looks amazing in 1440p with max settings on GTX 1070 too.
Definitely worth a go if you haven't played it yet.
