Well at least it is cheaper than buying from CDKeys this time if you have prime or can be considered as an addon if you are trying to get free delivery. Prime trial membership is free to everyone, even if you had it before (Just need a new email address).
As Games For Windows Live is no more in existence, based on reviews on Amazon you will need to redeem the code on Steam and download the game. The code will be redeemable on Steam as everyone said there.

You can still redeem the code via the GfWL client, and gain achievements too (the game just wont update to the latest version).

does the slightly off-centre position of the character in this not frustrate any one else?
I find it almost unplayable in this Batman series, so annoying as the game is decent
