UPDATE - ok so I have just had a phone call from Ocado CS and she said that the order I submitted breaches their Ts&Cs for the sale of alcohol. They said there is a minimum amount that they can sell alcohol for and the voucher brings the total of the order below that amount. So instead of £20 off they have applied £13 off and have sent me a code for £7 off a future order.
So this is still 6 litres for £71 = £11.83/L = a good deal :smiley:

Tried the voucher thing, mine went through because I think I ordered for next day delivery. My brother tried for saturday delivery and they sent him an email....
Some rubbish about legal cost of alcohol at lower than duty value.... I dunno sounds like some BS if i'm honest, they only took off £13 and gave him £7 in voucher back to spend due to it ?? I think he said he was gonna email them back as he wasnt happy with the lameness of the email no biggy still a deal!

Prefer the kraken or Morgan's spiced tbh. And 1 of the supermarkets normally have Morgans on £15/l every so often.

Same price on Amazon Pantry if you use that. Just ordered a couple of bottles. Free, next day, delivery as well as long as you pick up four eligible items.

I tried that and found it very sweet. Lots of caramel/toffee flavour. Rather like lambs spiced but with more lime.
So is that what sailor jerry really used to taste like? That is quite a major change. No wonder fans of the old stuff were up in arms!!

yeah Kraken's nice but if you like black spiced rums try Black Magic. Or even captain morgan black spiced. Regular capt morgan spiced gold is below par but their black spiced variety is great.
