Admission to the Ayr Utd v Dunfermline game on Saturday 1st October has been reduced to £5.00 for both home and away fans. It is a gesture on behalf of former Chairman Donald Cameron who passed away recently (by his son, current Chairman Lachlan Cameron, and Donald Grant). It is hoped a big crowd will turn out to honour Donald Cameron and money will be donated to Alzheimer's Scotland as well.

And yet England were pumped by a team managed by a part time dentist.

Nice gesture, well done Ayr United. Especially in light of the greed we have seen in the game this week. For those who are dumping on Scottish football hope you are glad where your money is going!!

The money is going to a great cause as I lost a family member to Alzheimer's, just a shame it's only up in Scotland at one specific ground and not up and down the country at every ground!

Cracking find, hope the fans of the "Honest Men" come out in their thousands for this game, also 2,000 free happy clappers for the fans (think Leicester and you'll know what I mean).

Blimey michaelgell, £5 is "too pricey"? It was £22 to get in (away game) two Saturdays ago!

At least it's authentic. English football is just a shallow tourist attraction.

I don't know much about soccer, but I'd be careful about crowing. From what I read I suspect the corruption issue will probably extend to Scotland (and elsewhere) ...
