Why is it for only new customers it's not fair for the loyal customers who shop there every week

you should call them up and complain about bad service or something in that ilk, they'll give ya a free £5 or £10 voucher for your trouble..these are simple bait techniques to bring in new customers who they hope, like you, will give loyalty with nothing in return when the best option is to shop at Aldi and save 30% everytime you shop

Did this yesterday. £10.50 cashback and £10 off £50 spend. Added together with apps like checkout smart for more cashback too

if you're having issues with TCB, try using facebook to contact them, initially using a public post expressing your issues. When I did following my sky broadband TCB issue, they asked me to contact them privately and problem was sorted in 2 days

does the stacking work though? It says in terms "cannot be used in co junction" with other voucher offers

Correct but too much hassle for 0.50p, I rather do one £50 order.
or order two click and collect orders at £25 each (if you have two new asda customers in household) and get for £50 spend for £29

Do you have to be a new TCB customer or a new ASDA customer?

Has anyone managed to get this to track and at the correct rate?

I did this earlier this year and yes it did track - the pence might have been out but definitely £10 rewarded. Unlike Waitrose for existing customers which tracked lower BUT this did get resolved. About to sort out an insurance one which hasn't even tracked :disappointed:

Ahh I didn't know topcashback did ASDA cashback! I could've been getting money all these years
Sign up to topcashback.co.UK, search asda, click through to asda website from TCB without any adblocking software active then make your purchase.
In a few days it should track, which is where both sites acknowledge you are due cash back. A few months later it should get paid, at which point you can withdraw the £15.
