Email from Zavvi .. order cancelled as no stock. Ordered when in stock but seems most UK companies are cancelling orders, Amazon included. Poor show!

Also just received the same email. Pretty gutted. Although my order still says processing on Zavvi's site.

It maybe that the ship date has been put back to 20th of December rather than 31st of October. Forbidden planet has them on stating the dates.

Mine was cancelled - I had no cancellation email though, so I checked my zavvi account. Sure enough it was cancelled.
I mailed them to ask why they didn't tell me/refund.
The reply I got was
'Thank you for getting in touch
I have checked the notes on your account and can confirm that this item has not been cancelled. The email was sent out to customers accidentally and we have been advised by the team that deals with this that your order is still ongoing and being sent out.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience .
