Currys/PC world are always having clearances. The HP 23xi went down from £140/150 to £90 went it went on clearance (a matte 23 inch IPS monitor) and so did a number of Acer and AOC IPS monitors in the past for £90-£100 range

Spend a bit more and get an IPS monitor with a matte finish. Will have much better colours and no reflection issues like this one.

basically if you use it to play games especially cod type games then the better refresh rate gives no ghosting and better performance. if your like everyone else then the poorer colour reduced viewing angles are the only thing you will notice.
