i hate staggering too the loo in the middle of the night and being blinded fully awake by toilet light and the racket of the extractor.. something like this would be ideal if it detected me as i got along the hall in front of bathroom door... but cant help think a red glow would be a bit creepy!

Beware, some of the cheaper ones on eBay fit under the toilet lid, so only come on after you raise the lid....they also stick under there with not so sticky pads and have a habit of falling into the bowl....they are not waterproof !!

I have one of these, or at least similar but under a different brand.
It looks effective and works well.
The motion sensor (erm....) needs to point at where you enter the bathroom. It will not work if for example you hang it over the side of the bowl, but approach from the front.
The sensor is effective.
It cycles through the colours over about 2 minutes, roughly 15 seconds per colour. You can set to your favourite colour.
They do light up the bowl nice at night, and provide a nice target for the males in the house!
Batteries last about 3 to 4 weeks depending on battery quality, amount of use etc.
I also have a motion sensing night light on the landing, so during the night, no need to turn lights on anywhere.
For the money, worth a try....we like ours.
As a closing comment I would not buy from this seller on principle as they are blatantly lying about the original price.
People who lie don't deserve to make money from it.

It's like a toilet block that hangs over the toilet and an led shines into the bowl. Mine works fine, good for children with bad aim and adds ambiance to the pooing process
