Glyphosate works on leaves, inactive on contact with soil (supposedly). Drill into the sap rising part of the tree for any effect. Probably not your best option!
What about non weeds?
I have a neighbour who refuses to cut back a tree so hoping to kill the ****, and just wanted to por something over his fence, not nice i know but he should keep it under control.

No, theres no pressure behind it.
I fill mine with wheel cleaner and use it for that though. Spray, dwell, jet wash off.

this is a top product - just done 12m of fencing and a shed with relative ease! Just needs smoothing out with a brush once applied. Dont use when its windy, you will cover yourself any everything around you! Bargain for the price and the time it saves! Also you do not need to buy "sprayable" stain for this - its works with everything water based, even the cheap £5 tins from B&M/Homebase/Wickes.

COLD as you get this from Wilko for around the same price. Its hardly a pressure washer, its a garden sprayer.

I have two and no way suitable for 'painting' applications.
I use one for weed spraying and one for caravan spraying. It's proper rock n roll stuff. On fine mist 5l lasts 20-30 mins.
For the right use this is a Bobby Dazzler, which is what I spray the 'van with.
