Normal Salt gives you high blood pressure. Use low sodium salt.

This is quite high in salt. So if using, prob best not to add anymore salt.

Not quite. Sea salt is far better for you than additive based (and bleached) table salt which has had the beneficial minerals stripped away. Want to do your heart a favour? Get sea salt.
