Anyone got these? They look cheap. What class are they?

I need something like this to paint the hallway stairs/landing. Confused with this advert as picture 4 shows that you cannot extend the top part and rest it on the wall. Yet in the advert it says:

"* Top end can be easily folded and stand ladder off the wall."

5m house. ladders would need roughly 2.5m from bottom of wall.. that would only need about 5.5 m ladders to reach roof. Allowing for the fact that most of us have height, these will be fine to reach guttering etc.

Don't use this fully opened and try to climb at the top it'll just bow and I've fallen off one luckily there was racking I could grab just in the nick of time and come via fork lift.
