Caution, I just had to cancel mine early as they took £39.00 on 26th June! The company IMMEDIATE MEDIA were actually very helpful and refunded but check your DD's online to see if they have tried the same.

Anyone know how to bypass their automated cancellation? I'm blocked despite completing the subscription on the web site.

EPGs and TV highlights are all well and good for some people, and if that's enough for you all well and good. But some of us want all the detail and background information that only the Radio Times provides.
Some people are content with what they get from the Express and Mail - others want the Times and Guardian. It's a bit like that with the Radio Times.

simply wait 5 days before you apply & you'll get New Year as well

I agree, I think finding programs on your TV's own EPG is easier anyway and signing up with tvguide.co.uk will give you TV highlights sent direct to your email.

Just a heads up that it is not the bumper 2 week Christmas and New Year issue due to how the weeks fall this year. It may well be the week leading up and the Christmas week but New Year week will be another issue.

Be warned I did this last year and never received the Xmas edition. I called to complain and was told that this was not part of the offer.

Trial Offers From there terms and conditions. On occasions we may offer short term trial subscriptions for customers paying by Direct Debit e.g. 12 issues for £1. At the end of this trial subscription, the price you pay will revert back to the then current standard subscription price. We reserve the right to reject or cancel subscriptions at any point if the customer has previously cancelled their subscription during the trial period for that magazine.

I tried ordering last time and it appeared as if the order had gone through, but the scheduled first issue didn't arrive. Contacting them revealed that the order had been unliaterally cancelled "as I'd had a previous trial" (within unstated timeframe). So my advice is DONT rely on an apparently successful order being fulfilled. You need to double-check with them that they haven't fooled you into thinking they've taken your order!

Tried ordering will not go beyond checkout, payment comes up error, then sent back to Home page, and have to fill all details in again, tried, registering, still errors with this too, brilliant deal, was hoping to send as a gift for someone who I know still buys this weekly, shame, will have a go later. Had another go, still had problems, but managed it eventually !! Really pleased .

but give yourselves a little kick first
did you actually end up opening them last time round? if not, you're wasting £1 and not exactly helping the environment or your bin quota
