Just saw this nice selection of 12 French beers from Lidl in Bristol. Nice collection, only tried one so far but very nice. Strength is from 4.5% to 8.5%.
£7.99. Large pallet of them in middle of shop.
Enjoy

Calm down dear, it's just a tread for some cheap French beer.

Surely the worst multi pack of beers would contain, Budweiser , Fosters , ,Carling , John Smiths, Coors, and Heineken among its offerings.
Good stuff. In a nice box so would wrap up nicely as a present.

Friends, Romans and HUKD'ers. After drinking the whole box this afternoon....
Please do not buy this. It contains the worst fruit beer I fear, has ever been produced

Think you're a Brexiter and biased.
I think I'll have to try it myself.

I'll translate this:
"HuffPropane finds that this beer is not to his own personal subjective taste preference. Other people may like it".

What happens after brexit? Do they leave? But I guess the french were never really here anyway

what's the problem with someone saying they didn't like it? if someone else says they like it, "because it's in a nice box" for example, that's just their opinion as well but doesn't get ridiculed for not being a consensus.
[edit] lol it was you that liked the box, so you're just a bigot who can't handle someone posting an opinion. contrary to your own. well done

Anyone ACTUALLY drank this beer yet?
Their Perlenbacher Weissbbier is brilliant (for a wheat beer). Even brewed in Germany under the Purity Laws

Yes,I spent 8 weeks in Aquitaine (that's in France) drinking this stuff, mainly the 6.4 brune and 8.5 % triple,it was on offer in Lidi Biscarosse (thats in France) for €2.69 for 6 bottles,so that's about £4 for 12 very very roughly, it is delicious and you are still a Carling posting fool.

I've had a couple, the fruit and blonde this afternoon and that's all I can handle for now. They are truly terrible, check them out on rate beer for some more subjective opinions. Most are single figures. I have buyers remorse three boxes later....

It's £8 for a pack of 12 mostly highish strength beers. Whilst I'm sure these won't be the finest French ales produced, I'm sure people could do worse.
Hope the Belgian beers selection featuring gulden draak returns one day. Now they are definitely good beers and an absolute bargain!

is this ad hominem night or something? if you don't like a point someone makes but are unable to counter it you don't have to reply.
However, the great thing about HUKD comments section is that there is an "Ignore" link on the top of the comments so that when I meet a crazy like you I can just click it and you are erased forever, I'll never see one of your over-reactions again or even a single word from you again.

Very tasty beer AND easy drinking, which was a huge surprise, especially considering half of them are in the 8-10.5% range. 2 x 6 different types of beer, all very different in their own way. Would highly recommend!
