This seems to have popped up silently over night. SSX is now available to play with an active EA Access subscription.
It's worth noting for those that don't know that SSX was a Games with Gold title back in 2014 and was added to the BC program in May this year, so if you picked it up then it should be available to download via your Ready to Install feature on Xbox One.
It's a great game. Make use of the custom soundtrack feature if you can, it's awesome.

I have the SSX 3 soundtrack in full not just the released CD but all the extra tracks and it's a stellar soundtrack tempted to add that in as custom as I have such fond memories of that game

This game really feels like a shadow of the older ones. The survival gimmicks can completely ruin the fun. Also be careful if you are in the preview program as playing it it while I was in caused all my data to reset for it.

Tricky still is up there as one of the games i have played the most. I got addicted to it! Occasionally I dig out the PS2 just to play it

Those on PC, you can get SSX 3 (which i think is the best game) looking pretty flippin good Like this link here.

Everyone goes on about SSX & Skate.
Tonys Hawks Pro Skater & 1080 Snowboarding, was where it was at on PS1 & N64. IMO never been more fun Skateboarding or Snowboarding Games.

It's not even a deal - it's included in a rental plan that costs £3.99 a month - you can buy a copy for a fiver to keep!
Yes EA access worth looking at for the overall package of games (if you want to sell your soul to the devil of the games industry) but this "deal" makes no sense!

I thought this was quality, some odd design choices but all the leaderboards and online elements gave the game some depth! But i do agree that SSX3 was the absolute bomb!

Definitely a different vibe to this game. I enjoyed it. But its more 1080 Avalanche riding down a mountain without slaughtering yourself than riding through cities courses. But yeah, they'll never beat Tricky no matter how hard they try.

Love SSX but really didnt't like this. Such a shame that both Skate and SSX are now seemingly dead. Just think what either of those games would be like on the frostbite engine!
