Cue all the "I BOUGHT MINE FOR £20 LAST YEAR!!! COLD!!!" comments...
News flash for you people, we cant get them for £20 any more due the regional locking on xbox live codes, £29 is a great deal over the official £40. Heat

It's a shame it's no longer around the £20, I wish I had taken more of an advantage back then.
I don't use my xbox one a lot. But got this as my live is running out 21st of next month.
It's only about £2.60 a month, so that for 4 free game rentals (gwg tied to live), I decided to take up the deal. Thanks OP.

Erm sorry but come Black Friday I guarantee you retailers like cdkeys and electronic first will have 12 months Gold going for at least 10% cheaper than this.
Feel free to bookmark this thread and return to mug me off at the end of November if I called it wrong :man:
Edit: by the way I actually voted hot on this deal but nonetheless I'll still pass and wait till then thank you very much

Just purchased mine. Some others are probably right, this will be cheaper come November but I need this now so, hot!

These are delivered via post, yeah? Rather than instant codes like CDKeys?

This is for a physical card, I like to have one for back up so always jumps on a physical version when they are sub £30. Heat added!

@StarAward
There's a lot of 'tricks' out there which are not exactly legit when it comes to obtaining digital stock, not that I am suggesting that's the route that website ever takes but who knows and it would explain why they are down so often.
As I said, the couple of times I used them in the past I had no problems but it would appear many have especially more recently.
You pay your money, you take your chances and that really is the case with anything.
Yes of course we have all become more used to consumer protection over the last few years but even if a big trusted long established retailer goes under whilst they got your dough you will still most likely lose it I believe, it is what it is

Mine just ran out, only purchased last year because it was so cheap (under £20) - I don't really play online now just stick to football (Fifa/PES) and the odd other top titles. Still waiting for a boxing game:(

HEAT!
True enough. Like so many short lived deals on here, but if you need it now, you need it now.
Like the Sky TV 60% off deal. I cancelled & dug my Heels in for the month, then my Mrs got cold feet & had to settle for 50%£50 deal.
One thing is certain.
A similar deal to this will be on here in the next few weeks.
Grab it if you really need it, or hold onto your Cajones if you don't!

Right I have sent DM's to all those who requested to know which site but let me publicly stipulate again in this thread that they are not the most reliable retailer and I myself would avoid them on recent form.
There seem to be lots more unhappy punters in recent times, though when I used them I never had a problem but that was then and this is now so you pay your dough you take your chances.
