I'm thinking of buying the game but I more or less know the storyline and the endings due to watching a walkthrough on youtube, any point still buying the game at this point?

You watched an entire walkthrough for a game you don't own?
You're weird...

Yeah should still buy it. It's a shame to miss out on the game. Should join in and play it yourself for more enjoyment. It's fun to make your own choices in the game and see what ending you get. The game is a masterpiece so it would be a shame not to.

Good one. I'll watch the walkthroughs to the end and then decide whether to buy this game. But then what's the point in actually playing the game if I know what will happen? Ruins the element of surprise big time

A let's play series I should have called it. A guy I regularly watch on youtube started uploading them, anything wrong with that?

I'm sure Shadow of Mordor GOTY was the same.
And yes, Gwent is awesome so of course you can

Excellent value! I got 101 hours out of the base game, another 10 from the Hearts of Stone DLC and 28 (and counting) hours from Blood & Wine. Considering the game and expansion pass is £55 together, £33 is an absolute bargain!

it has come from the horses mouth then, well that is certainly a credible source and good news for the cheevo hunters.

I'm usually allergic to anything in the fantasy genre - dragons, swords all that old claptrap. But this game is just one of the best games I've ever played.
Every single piece feels like it's been lovingly crafted. And so much content...it just keeps on giving. I'll buy whatever CD Projekt Red put out next. Unbelievable, Jeff.

exactly what I thought but if you check Marcin360 on twitter he is a community lead and he has stated it is separate lists  just double checked now. can't link properly as I'm on mobile.
I was very surprised
I scoffed when people were hoping it would be but it appears to he true lol.

that's very cool about the dlc. I had also read that it will be a separate achievement / trophy list too so you can complete the game again for double achievements if you want

Hmmm seems unlikely but not unheard of.
Can I endure the Gwent hunt again?
