Yes, perfectly as it also has a gyro in this phone so the VR mode also works. My son has this phone.

Some of the "cheaper" phones on here recently did not have the required internal bits to run the game. A lot of folk were asking, as they were thinking of getting the phone for their kids so they could play Pokemon.

Had this phone a week or so now and loving it.
Great screen, fast, battery lasting nearly 4 days and no bloatware. No negatives yet.
Believe somebody on the other hukd wileyfox swift thread said Pokemon go runs OK.

I quite liked mine.
But if you can stretch the extra £50 for an Moto G4... those things are INCREDIBLE for the money.

Great phone.
If you're are quick, Amazon "used - like new" for £77.57 in black. Mucho bargin.

Thanks, I went for this. Seems like a good price for 16gb storage and 2gb RAM. Was in desperate need for a new phone!

Had this for 4 months now. Got after smashing my OnePlus One and the difference in performance between the two is negligible. Would recommend. Great value. Heat added.

Got the black for same price a few weeks ago.
great phone for £100 no bloatware and I like the cyanmogen mod OS lots of features if you know where to look.Needs a screen protector if yours doesn't already have one preapplied. Mine didn't but some reviews say theirs did.
Only slight niggle is the GPS isn't as sticky as my UMI Iron but does get a lock eventually . Camera is average but for the price you can't go wrong

would this be better than the ultra 6?
ronin13 to clarkeyi
1 Aug 16#20
I think the ultra 6 is an incredible phone for the £100 mark. I had one. The phone was too big for me and it felt cheap (the general feel and aesthetics). If the phone size is for you and it's like for like on price then the Ultra 6 would have the edge on 'tech.' But, I'd buy a Swift all day over the Ultra 6.

I'd say it looks a very good deal. I did consider buying one but after some reviewers moaned about the design of the charger socket and others wrote it stopped working I went for a Moto G 3rd generation 'like new' for £69.99 from O2, then put a 32GB micro SDHC card in it.

I wouldn't say I 'moaned' about it. It was a fact. None of my chargers locked into position. They just fell out. And it did happen to quite a few on here

I'm using the swift to type this message now. I can confirm not all charge ports seem to fit the phone. Fortunately I bought a pack of 5 from Amazon that did for fiver (Tecknet).
Port problems aside the phone is is fantastic for the price. It runs well and Cyanogen Mod is brilliant.

Nope.Using as normal.
Had a Motorola RAZR I before and it had to be charged every night. Mind you there was a lot of bloatware supplied by Motorola which I couldn't uninstall.
No USB plug issue for me either. All fit nicely.

Poundland also 2 meter cables which fit as they have the longer micro usb tip on them.

If it goes wrong you're ballsed... Mine did and laughably inept. Battery life not great, luckily its removable - if only anywhere sold the replacement batteries..

Register your interest for the battery on their website (should hopefully make it on their accessories section if enough people are interested). https://www.wileyfox.com/accessories/
Undoubtedly the best phone this sort of money can buy especially if rooted and mine happily accepted 128GB microSD with CyanogenOS 13 and a couple hundred apps installed already.

Sorry, I meant several Amazon reviewers complained about it. I am not disagreeing, that's a reason I did not buy it.

This, or the extra 200 for One Plus 3?

1 Aug 161#39
If you have the extra 200 I'd go for the One Plus 3. The display and performance are far superior in it although this phone still seems great

Buy this and save your 200 notes. Hard times ahead and we'll all need every penny.
