Did it had Reduced to Clear ticket, or Reduced Price ticket, or was it just Asda Price?
If it's RTC or Reduced Price chances are it's only local deal.

Reduced to clear. I assumed it was due to having a lot of stock of this flavour so they are trying to get rid of them before they become out of date.

I'm not a fan of these overpriced gimmicks. Much better value (compared to rrp, not op's deal) getting a 6 pack for £1 and eating them all yourself

Sainsburys price is a rip off. Normally £1 in Asda for all flavours.

"saw these for £2 in Sainsburys.."
Does anyone ever buy these sharing bags of crisps for their 'normal' price? They are always on offer in either Sainsburys or Tesco at £1.
The Tear n Share have been a failure as the actual crisps are not good enough or different from standard. I expect them to be phased out fairly quickly

I assume some mugs do. But when you have Doritos, Kettle Chips, Tyrell's, Walkers and other brands regularly rotating whose turn it is to be on the £1 a bag offer there is absolutely no need for brand loyalty.

All flavours available but at £1.00
Sorry, I don't understand.
Sometimes six packs are better value, sometimes bigger bags are. There are always so many offers on crisps I never pay full price.
