Depends on the vesa mounting holes, if it is one of the mentioned sizes the weight of the TV should be OK if it supports 55"

I'd feel concerned for my walls if I had a 55inch TV on this fully extended from my wall. Probably because I have plasterboard walls.

when it says upto 55" it usually means it will stick out the bottom of a 32" TV
and me no taking chances with a £750 TV on a £9 bracket.
