I found these in poundland feltham, they seem to have had these for a good few months now so believe it might be a national deal, these are in sale in Wilkinson for £3

I bought a few packs of these myself - price is a deal, quality...maybe not so much. Used them to affix hooks to the side of a kitchen unit for waste sorting sacks. They were all on the floor within a day or so.
