not being funny but some people not getting the idea of this product clearly are not that clever.. they sit perfectly in a trolley to shop with and dont fall over using the bars, they dont close on you whilst packing, stand strong when moving the trolley, coloured to help quick organise items and overall are the only reason i would shop in supermarkets other than online.
As for the cost, yes they are pricey but will last a long time and are designed to help hectic lifestyles with what i think is the worst chore of all, dealing with the supermarkets and the people in them.

So I have to throw it into my trolley at the checkout, and then unpack my trolley at the shelf (where there's loads of people and you'll be in the way in my local store ) to put it into the right colour bags and then go home. What's the point? Chuck it in the Reuseable bags at the checkout get home sort it then.

Really? Why do you need different usernames? Most of us manage with just the one. Is it the trolling perhaps?

so £20 to be roundly laughed at in any supermarket, or 20p on bags that can be reused a few times and do the same thing.....mmmmm

the most important part, what does the retailer's think of these in the trollies ? people can easily hide items in it, and iv seen people putting things in their hand bags while shopping. (I'm a ex Morrison's worker )
These are very handy. I'm in Ireland where plastic bags were banned years ago. So the only option in most places is expensive reusable bags or a few large boxes.
These are much handier

Reusable ones are not expensive herein the UK... 39p for very strong reusable bags in Aldi, the Lidl ones are a bit dearer but bigger.
Will likely last YEARS.
A friend of mine has Star Wars ones, even they were only a quid each! :-)

HotUKDeals triumphs again... the multi colouring means I now can see at 50 yards which checkout to avoid as filling these will mean a wait of DECADES while the owner faffs on.

For the people saying this is pointless, you's have not shopped in Lidl! (aldi is the same too i think?). You empty the trolley, get them scanned, put them back in the trolley, take them to the side and then pack them in bags! Silly and unnecessary but the amount we save swapping from asda makes it worth it.

On the contrary I rarely shop anywhere else but Aldi and Lidl, and it is precisely the problem of packing at the till like this that will cause longer queues. The system works, if people will allow it to work, it also allows me to more carefully pack items after, avoiding over-heavy bags (and avoiding spillages and damage too), as being disabled I can very easily end up injured that way.

Christ! I thought it was 4 bags (seeing the pic) for a tenner, not (almost) a tenner for one bag. One bag. To put your shopping in. In the trolley.
Nah. COLD!
Next there'll be a bag to put this inside and another bag to put that one in.

what are the rules? what items go in each colour bag?
zyany
17 Aug 16#25
I don't think there are rules, more a matter what is more convenient for you.
For example, nappies and crisps in the orange bag as they are light but bulky; beers and sodas in the blue bag, as they are smaller but heavier.
Something like that.

I just throw my shopping in any bag. He bigger one is better for big light things like toilet rolls and the small one is better for heavier things

I have something similar I use at Aldi/Lidl - great for packing straight into as your groceries fly through the checkout. Doesn't cause any delay. No need to repack at the shelf. Straight into the car.
Also great for shopping in stores with Self Scanners that you carry round. Straight into the bag.
£10 for 4, £2.50 for a strong, useable bag that it fit for purpose. Hot.

See im more of a cram it all in and then its VERY important to carry all bags to the house in one trip no matter how heavy it is! So for me it would speed things up so everyone will be different i suppose.

I thought it was £10 for all 4 which would have been good, but only 1? What a bloody rip off

I suppose you have never had yoghurt all over the boot or worse, what happened to a friend, a whole litre of milk all over the interior - the smell never did go.
Not that it happens in Aldi, but in Sainsbury's I have often had the chirp of "Can I help you pack?" No you can't,because you won't be cleaning up the mess afterwards!

I understand for you, this would cause a delay like you said you like things packed proper etc. But for other people this IS a quicker alternative, no need to go criticising people who think this is a good idea simply because for you it is not.
