I almost bought this from the metro centre newcastle. it's a strange material but as others have said, it's covered by a warranty. ended up with a backpack instead, but seem pretty good value.

We took a Tripp case back yesterday to debenhams (wouldnt fit in car oops) and husband picked up that same bag and about passed out at the price and I said oh they're always reduced and the guy who was helping us said they do in their oxford street store and discount rest of the country.

Tripp have great customer service and a long guarantee. Just exchanged my large 2.5 year old large case for a new one. Delivered by courier as well.

Big discounts on most Tripp items.

Have never seen them sold at the higher prices quoted but have bought them at the lower prices (£14) and love the bags, the smaller holdalls I use as carry on bag and for the gym and a larger one for weekends.

Never sold at £85 i am sure

I had to take mine back as the stitching came loose before I could pack it with anything. Decided to go for a better quality bag.
