I didn't enjoy it. I completed it but still it got repetitive. Very repetitive at that.

Full price was a bit of an insult, but for £9.99 its a good deal for the amount of game.

I didn't enjoy it at all and tried to get a refund from Steam. Love the nostalgia but the gameplay and environments were very disappointing. It looked and felt like a PS2 game despite the fact it was maxed out and rendered in 4K.

Yes.Did feel like a PS 2 game.The opening few minutes were so poor: move into an arena fight 3 baddies,
move to next arena fight 4 robots, move to next arena fight 4 slightly harder robots etc etc. that I sold it very quickly.Maybe it gets better then later on?

Felt medium difficulty was quite a slog with this at times, you do far less damage than the bosses do and they can kill you after just a few mistakes.
The side scrolling level was great fun!

There's a hell of a lot of depth to the combo system than first appears & the sense of impact is fantastic. One of Platnium's best (I think better than MG Rising actually).

You don't play a game like this for the environments or narrative, it's about understanding the mechanics & mastering them. I doubt you'll enjoy it as it progresses.

Ok ta. I won't like it then.Don't like one-on-one beat em ups. Prefer open worlds like the Far Crys and Witcher 3s.
