The warning light tended to come on after a couple of months,decided to wait until it flashed with the last filter(to say it needed changing) it never did after 5 months.

Paid £120 for mine last year ... I'd still be happy to pay that again.... As for the filter, you don't need to change it as soon as the light starts to flash, it will get to a point when the water will take to long to pass through the filter, that's when I change mine, the machine will carry on making bottles it doesn't just stop .... ..... Also I've had the temperature light come on a few times, just means on a warm day the water in the machine has got to warm so drop a few ice cubes in...

does this stay on all the time, like the tommee tippeee bottle warmer. ie, keeping a bit of water hot, wasting electric. or does it just boil some water when you press the start button. is the minium number 4, so 120ml ?

after being a father for the last year, my thoughts on this product... WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I must be a bad parent as we just prepare bottles with cool boiled water before we go up to bed, add the prepared powder in the night when needed (using a travel dispenser with the correct amount added) and use that...

I thought this was a load of tosh when my other half kept harping on about it, but in all honesty it's been well worth the money. Incredibly convenient and the bottle is at the right temp when it's done, so no more standing about with it in a jug of cold water while your baby is screaming because you left it in the hot too long!

Do you still have to sterilise the bottles before using this?

But is the 'cooler' water that is added boiled and therefore sterile? If not, then that water could contain bacteria...
