The seller is from Hong Kong. The whole listing is very difficult to understand.
Yes the detail says you get all 3 sizes, (but doesn't specify how many of each, just a total of 250)
However, you have to choose a size when attempting to place an order
100mm is indeed 99p
but 200mm is £1.99 and 300mm is £2.49
Looking at recent feedback, one person paid £2.49 for this item (and there is no indication the seller has changed their price recently)

Edit: or is that perhaps 100 off, 200 off and 300 off with no indication of length? Who knows? As they say, the length varies. If so how do you order 250?

There are some ebay listings that are probably best to avoid, and I would put that one in that category, sorry.

Title state 250 (so you get 250) and you choose the length from the drop down menu. It's only the 100mmx2.5mm at 99p, still a decent price for 250.

Yes the stock is in the UK, but the seller is located in Hong Kong and provides you with a nice yahoo.com email address to contact them via (or a very odd looking phone number)

My cable ties arrived from the eBay seller with no problems. Did a rough count and there are clearly over 200 of them. Don't know how these guys make any money from this sort of stuff but I'm complaining for 99p inc delivery.
