But you can port over to a pay as you go sim from another network (pref one with free credit on it) then port back.

I got this direct from three on Sunday and as an existing customer also get feel at home and 2000 three to three minutes on top of the 200.

It's a bit too early to say what's gonna change after we left the EU. If the business model is not viable anymore I'm sure they would scrap it.
This is an essential plan, you pay through the nose for everything: calling voicemail or customer services. You don't get the 18 countries or tethering (hotspot). If you ask me it's worth the £9 if you wouldn't use any of that. I do travel abroad at least once a year and in that one trip it saves me the £24 extra for a year.

Don't know about your case but I just ordered the wrong package accidentally (three advanced plan instead of essential for an extra £2 per month). They told me to wait for sim to arrive and then call telesales on 03333000460 to change package. Prefer this option to cancelling and reordering.

If you're on Three already, they have been offering the Essentials plan (no tethering/feel at home) as a retentions deal for £9pm with unlimited mins and 4gb data.

just had a chat with three and it takes a maximum of 3 months to get the voucher.

TCB doesn't list any exclusions.

I don't see where the exclusion is if I selected the 'for all 12 month SIM contracts with less than 4GB data per month (excluding 500MB/200 minutes)' at Quidco, and then chose the 12 month, 600 min, 1GB package at Three.

got AYCE data last week and this deal for £13.50 a month.

Same here sim arrived yesterday checked Quidco hadnt tracked just raised the claim so fingers crossed and registered for the voucher for those who havent realised you have to register to get the £50 Amazon with your Three account number the link should be with your confirmation email I did this yesterday bit of a fuss because you have to enter you 10 digit account number which doesnt come with the delivery note ended up having to phone Three for it

If you call three and get it over the phone (sales team 08003588460) you get +2000 minutes to 3 numbers for free on top of the plan, so would be 2GB, unlimited texts, 2000 mins to 3 numbers, 200 mins to non 3 numbers. Of course then you miss on the £30 quidco cashback, but it might be better for some.

Well this is 2GB/200 minutes (not 500MB/200 minutes which costs £6/mo with essential - ie perhaps too cheap for the cashback) - so I understand this package is not excluded.

Beware Personal Hotspot Allowance and Feel At Home are NOT included in the £9 plan.

What's the status of everyone's topcashback claims? Mine tracked 31 days ago and it's still stuck on "pending". And does anyone know when and how the Amazon voucher will be sent? I submitted my claim through the webpage, but it was infuriatingly vague, not even a conformation email.

In short, Three don't want to help and Amazon say we should contact Three because it's nothing to do with them. I feel like i've been robbed blind at this point.

EDIT 2: Spoken to Three on the live chat and they say they've checked my account and can see i've not had a gift card. They now say it will arrive in 4 days time.


TL;DR: If your gift card hasn't arrived, contact 3 via live chat. I'll post back in 4 days if I do receive the gift card, but the key seems to be who you get on live chat with 3.
