Me,been trying all morning either shuts down after taking photo or uploading receipt,have tried uninstall/reinstall even another phone still not working will try later

App seems to be 'broken'. I have reported it but could be 3 days before getting a response. . I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it says I've redeemed all offers for the week - which I haven't. I haven't redeemed one! Not good....

Evian 500ml 50p in my local Sainsbury - although Mysupermarket does show it as 60p. Cocoa pops cereal bars 99p at Waitrose for those popping in for the Cif and Bertoli! App still seems not to be working though???

Their app is slow,crashes and seriously buggy.

The app is now up and running with the milk offer showing so hopefully we'll be able to submit our receipts without any major issues... :laughing:

I've just uploaded my receipt from yday,very slow processing but gone through,phew!! & milk now showing, fingers crossed ok rest of the week :smirk:

Tweeted them too (sent email yesterday) - just got a reply which I think they're sending to lots of people "We had a few connection issues. Please could you try logging out of the app then back in again? Thank you"

I also got the message about logging out - i didn't dare - uploaded activia receipt successfully. I've been getting the oops message for a couple of weeks but it didn't stop receipts being processed before yesterday!

Not toyally back to normal for me. Whilst I have successfully submitted a new receipt from today, the one from yesterday when the system broke, still comes up 'oops'. Logged out, re-installed app, still no good.

Ok on one account, but the one where I submitted a receipt yesterday, or tried, is still causing issues with the 'oops' issue. Hopefully resolved soon, or is there a way to email the receipt?

I've emailed a receipt in the past via 'contact us' on the app - i found a receipt in my purse after the offers updated - they paid it direct into my PayPal account!
