Was in Tesco (Maryhill, Glasgow) earlier and saw they were flogging some USB Chargers. Reviewed the price online and saw there were some even cheaper clearance ones at Tesco Direct.
Both functionally identical and deliver 2.1a (presumably combined across the ports).
£2.00 postage for orders under £30 or free with an order over. I suppose you could order something with it then cancel the other item when you got to store?
