As per title, Tesco stores are selling a dozen medium size St Ewe Original Free Range Eggs for £1.50 as the packs of 6 are on Buy One Get One Free offer.
I don't know if this is a national offer, but it's in all my local stores.
The St Ewe website highlights the fact that not all free range eggs are the same. I can certainly vouch for this in terms of appearance, as the yolks on these are a much deeper colour than other brands I've bought recently.

Thanks OP. Will get these. We usually buy blue ones for £2.25 because all the other eggs have pale yolks and taste is tainted by the fish meal pellets they are fed on.

Voted hot and fair play to them for highlighting this issue.
There are some horrible poultry farming methods going on under the all inclusive 'free range' banner.
I have my own chickens for eggs but if I didn't I'd buy these.
Just checked though and my store doesn't have any although it shows on the St Ewe site that they should!
