Just saw the cancellation email myself. Annoyed that this is the result after calling them earlier today and being reassured that I would get the order as late as Tuesday. I also do not believe that it was a misprice. I don't know what they're playing at but they've just wasted our time. I haven't used Gameseek too frequently, only about 3 or 4 orders total, but - including this time - I've had half my orders refunded. On top of all the poor things I hear about them from others, I'm inclined to side with mixmixi and voice a ban.

Apologies but this company is awful.
Why advertise a game as "In stock" and not dispatch it within a reasonable period of time? My order has been sat at "Order placed" since the 16th. They're clearly a drop shipping company who don't physically have the stock on hand. If the game doesn't arrive in new sealed condition, I'll simply open up a Paypal dispute and return the game to them. I'm not going to wait as they dither and delay the process.

I have received a cancellation email just now. They stated this was a misprice but then price was not far off the RRP so I do not believe them. I am now totally against Gameseek and I don't think they would ever deserve a second chance. Please anyone who has had issues with them support my new thread so we can get the mods to review them on HUKD. They are well deserved to be banned.

EDIT: I just called them, and the gentleman told me that, while the game is displayed as "in-stock" it was actually "virtual-stock" and they have the game in another warehouse. He said it should be shipped on Monday and reach us by Tuesday

Good price and voted hot but not a fan of Gameseek. Had 2 orders recently that they had charged me for that they swore they had dispatched. Then they said they dispatched 2 replacements and they never arrived. I asked for a copy of the proof of posting and they could provide neither! I don't think they sent me any of the parcels they said they had. Eventually received a refund.

I am not surprised myself. For this reason I will always avoid ordering "aged" games or "odd" accessories from them! I have had the same sort of issues when I ordered a new "PS3 DS3" from them. On the other hand, I have never had an issue when ordering a recently released game from them. In the end, they're a retailer just like many others and they are not stocking anything much, but they just supply the order from another supplier. Whilst ordering from them, you must always consider if it says the item is really in stock on their website or it says the item is temporary OOS. this makes a big difference in the amount of time you may require to need for it to arrive. :smiley:
Anyway, the price is good and the choice is yours. :smiley: I will keep my fingers crossed as I have placed an order for both of these with them.
