The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 gives you big brand quality and a cutting-edge features for an impressively low price.
With a 7 inch high-res touch screen (1280 x 800 resolution), you can watch video and movies in widescreen, with built-in stereo speakers giving you stunning sound.
A quad core processor and 1.5Gb RAM ensures everything happens fast – but somehow those clever boffins at Samsung have managed to make it lighter (276g) and thinner (just 9 mm) than the Tab 3!
Kid-proof and family-friendly, it ensures children have fun and parents enjoy peace of mind – everyone can create their own user profile with individual homescreens, widgets, apps and games.
There's 8Gb of storage built in and it can be expanded by up to 64Gb using the microSD card slot for all your music, games, video and eBooks. A rear-facing 3.2 megapixel camera is perfect for shooting photos and video, while the front-facing camera is ideal for video chats and selfies.

Cold! For the same price get a Nexus 7 at Argos. Much better specs and guaranteed updates.

Very poor spec and vastly overpriced. At 50 pounds it would still be overpriced.

Lenovo Tablets(Motorola) are better and a lot cheaper. Samsung are over priced and under spec with out of date software
the 8gb memory will soon run out with the multi installation of apps. Only a limited number of Apps will work on a memory card!

I wouldn't buy it. Very is not a reputable retailer, the Tab 4 is a the bargain basement offering from Samsung, the display is poor, the upgrade to Android 5.1.1 is still pending (while for example the comparable Z3 from Sony is long on Android 6.0), and most of all: it does not run Pokemon Go because of the Intel CPU.
Yes, it is cheap for a new tablet, but not cheap enough.

A useless device,, 8gb is not enough to run the pre-installed apps!
Why have they dropped the 16gb version? Makes no sense at all

Using up old 8GB memory chips perhaps, useless in 2016

I had 2 of these for my kids, as soon as the system updated it loaded more memory sapping rubbish and left no room for anything, an SD card is not a fix as the pre installed apps cannot be moved to it. Ended up taking them back to currys as not fit for purpose and changed for the 16gb versions

SD card for extra storage is NOT a solution. The SD card will not store all the apps, they have to be on internal storage which a puny 8GB which is not near enough:(
