I just bought two more pairs. I now have bought 6!! Unreal, the quality the comfort is the best. Screw the haters. I returned 1 pair and the process was easy and didn't have to pay for return postage and got postage even refunded to me, that's a win. :smile:

Order a couple of pairs last week. Delivery was 6 days from Germany.

Unfortunately the sizing (too small) and quality were less than impressive.

Their very professional website seems to crumble to pieces once you try and follow their returns procedure, with missing pages etc.

Called their freephone number and organised the return to Germany (drop off at post office following a 20 minutes scratchy head session with the counter staff, as they work out how to return it using the pre-paid label).

Refund should be 10-14 days after they receive the goods back.

Just worth noting.
