A few decent deals in the first week of the PSN Summer Sale if you're looking for something to play on the ailing Vita.
To get the further PS+ discount on XCOM, sign in via the web store. For some reason the Vita store doesn't want you to get the discount.
And yes, Borderlands 2 was notoriously janky when it was first released, but it received a surprise patch (v1.08) late last year, and includes 6 DLC packs.

Ah, the age old HUKD argument. Sorry, "debate" :stuck_out_tongue:
If you search for any of those deals, that thread doesn't come up. Surely no harm in highlighting a few particular deals for Vita owners?

Heat added. The problem with having lots of digital Vita games on sale is that there is a lack of decently priced memory cards. I was all set to buy the 64GB one , but it's increased in price everywhere. The cheapest I have seen is £78. They used to be around £60, and even then they're very expensive. Does anyone know where I could find a decently priced legit card?

I hear you, brother. I'm currently trying to blast through Persona 4, largely so I can free up 4GB of space. The proprietary memory thing is ridiculous. If memory were more freely available, I'd be more likely to sink money into digital games, and try out stuff I've picked up on PS+ (which could in turn encourage me to buy DLC, sequels, or other games from the same developer). But I refuse to pay those prices for a memory card. The days of £1/GB are long gone in microSD land.

depends on your taste.
It's a 2D hack and slash with RPG elements.beautiful hand drawn graphics and with Japanese vibe.fans of this game love it but some people are just not into this genre and find the gameplay repetitive.
there are 2 more games very similar and I think made by the same company : Dragon's Crown and Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (very recent).
download size of Muramasa Rebirth is very small maybe 300-400 MB,so you might give it a try.

Tha's just the base game,I meant "Muramasa Rebirth Complete Collection" which includes all DLCs.
I had the base game on physical (US copy,as no PAL physical release) and played it to death, finished it with all senarios, but when DLCs were released few year later I realized I cannot buy UK DLC and play it with US version of game.
The complete version has been £21.99 and vever drops a penny  I always check.
I love the art style of that studios games, looks beautiful on the oled screen, and the gameplay is that a of a 2D hack-n-slash fighter which I quite enjoyed. Don't remember the file size but it's that big so worth a try.

Has the frame rate issue been resolved in 1.08?

No Digimon this sale maybe next one
Some users reported its slightly improved: https://m.reddit.com/r/vita/comments/3qrcec/borderlands_2_patch_108_is_now_live_74_mb/
Also read before elsewhere not sure if true or not but few people said putting it on airplane mode helps too since apparently there's a bug where it keeps trying to connect and doing thid stops that and that helps also gain a few frames

the loading times are quite foot tappingly boring though.

Much as it's tempting to own XCOM on a fourth platform, I think that I need to resist here. Certainly it's worth the price, though!
